Das ehemalige Altersheim “Oberes Ried” in Biel wurde besetzt! Kommt alle und zeigt gemeinsam mit den Besetzenden eure Solidarität mit den abgewiesenen asylsuchenden Menschen in Bözingen.
Heute Nacht wurde die Gruppe “Stop Isolation Bözingen” sowie das Migrant Solidarity Network informiert, dass das Obere Ried besetzt ist. Die besetzende Gruppe schreibt in ihrer Nachricht an uns: “Heute Nacht haben wir das ehemalige Altersheim Oberes Ried in Biel besetzt. In Solidarität mit den abgewiesenen Asylsuchenden im Lager Bözingen unterstützen wir mit dieser Aktion ihren seit langem anhaltenden Kampf gegen Isolation. Wir solidarisieren uns mit der Forderung #WirbleibeninBiel. Biel hat genug Platz für alle! Das Obere Ried ist seit Jahren unbenutzt und eine von vielen Möglichkeiten, in Biel einen Wohnort mit selbstbestimmtem Leben zu schaffen. Der Kreislauf der Ignoranz muss enden. Dieser Ignoranz gegenüber Menschen, die genauso viel Respekt und Würde verdienen wie alle anderen.”
Darum heute alle auf nach Biel zum Oberen Ried (Paul-Robert-Weg 21, 23, 25). Zeigen wir der solidarischen Besetzung unsere Unterstützung!

L’ancien home pour personnes âgées “Oberes Ried” à Bienne a été occupé ! Venez tous montrer votre solidarité avec les occupants et les requérant-e-s d’asile débouté-e-s de Boujean.
Cette nuit, le groupe “Stop Isolation Bözingen” ainsi que le Migrant Solidarity Network ont été informés que le Obere Ried a été occupé. Le groupe occupant écrit dans le message qu’il nous a adressé : “Cette nuit, nous avons occupé l’ancienne maison de retraite Oberes Ried à Bienne. En solidarité avec les requérant-e-s d’asile débouté-e-s du camp de Boujean, nous soutenons par cette action leur lutte contre l’isolement qui dure depuis longtemps. Nous nous solidarisons avec la revendication #NousresteronsàBienne. Bienne a assez de place pour tou-te-s ! L’Obere Ried est inutilisé depuis des années et constitue une possibilité parmi d’autres pour créer à Bienne un lieu d’habitation permettant de vivre de manière plus autonome. Le cycle de l’ignorance doit prendre fin. Cette ignorance à l’égard de personnes qui méritent autant de respect et de dignité que toutes les autres”.
C’est pourquoi nous nous rendons tou-te-s aujourd’hui à Bienne, au Oberen Ried (Paul-Robert-Weg 21, 23, 25). Montrons notre soutien à l’occupation solidaire !

Tonight the group “Stop Isolation Bözingen” and the Migrant Solidarity Network were informed that the Obere Ried is occupied. The occupying group writes in their message to us: “Tonight we have occupied the former retirement home Oberes Ried in Biel. In solidarity with the rejected asylum seekers in camp Bözingen, we support with this action their long-standing struggle against isolation. We stand in solidarity with the demand #WirbleibeninBiel. Biel has enough space for everyone! The Obere Ried has been unused for years and is one of many possibilities to create a place to live with self-determined life in Biel. The cycle of ignorance must end. This ignorance towards people who deserve as much respect and dignity as everyone else.”
That’s why today, everyone, let’s go to Biel to the Oberes Ried (Paul-Robert-Weg 21, 23, 25). Let’s show our support to the solidary occupation!
