Tesfaldet und Samuel – Zwei junge Geflüchtete aus Eritrea haben vom Staatssekretariat für Migration (SEM) einen negativen Asylentscheid erhalten. Die beiden leben im Kanton Obwalden und sind daran eine Lehre zu machen. Das SEM will, dass die Polizei von Obwalden Tesfaldet und Samuel nach Eritrea ausschaffen. Das geht nicht, denn obwohl der Frieden zwischen Eritrea und Äthiopien gut ist, ist die Situation in Eritrea unverändert schlecht. Das Regime ist immer noch das gleiche. Der Militärdienst ist immer noch wie Sklaverei. Alle müssen ihn machen. Sie müssen für das Regime Strassen bauen, Gebäude überwachen, dürfen nichts kritisieren. Über 10 000 Personen sind grundlos im Gefängnis. Niemand weiss wohin sie verschwunden sind.

Demonstration in Obwalden: Right of stay for Tesfaldet and Samuel
Tesfaldet and Samuel – Two young refugees from Eritrea have received a negative asylum decision from the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM). The two live in the canton of Obwalden and are in the process of learning an apprenticeship. The SEM wants the police of Obwalden to deport Tesfaldet and Samuel to Eritrea. This is not possible, because although the peace between Eritrea and Ethiopia is good, the situation in Eritrea remains bad. The regime is still the same. Military service is still like slavery. Tesfaldet et Samuel – Deux jeunes réfugiés érythréens ont reçu une décision négative du Secrétariat d’Etat aux migrations (SEM). Ils vivent tous deux dans le canton d’Obwald et sont en train de faire un apprentissage. Le SEM veut que la police d’Obwaldet expulse Tesfaldet et Samuel vers l’Erythrée. C’est inacceptable, car bien que la paix entre l’Érythrée et l’Éthiopie soit bonne, la situation en Érythrée reste mauvaise. Le régime est toujours le même. Le service militaire est toujours comme l’esclavage. Tout le monde doit le faire. Ils doivent construire des routes pour le régime, surveiller les bâtiments, ne rien critiquer. Plus de 10 000 personnes sont en prison sans raison pour rien. Personne ne sait où ils ont disparu.
Tous ces problèmes sont connus. Néanmoins, le SEM veut se débarrasser de Tesfaldet et Samuel. Ce n’est pas la solution.
