DE: Basler Sans-Papiers wollen es wissen
Mit über 200 Unterstützenden haben die Sans-Papiers-Kollektive Basel heute Mittag vom Claraplatz zum Marktplatz und weiter zum Migrationsamt demonstriert. Zehn grosse Transparente mit Schmetterlingen und der Aufschrift „Freiheit“ repräsentierten dabei die 10 Gesuchstellenden unter ihnen, die heute ein anonymes Härtefallgesuch beim Migrationsamt eingereichten.
50 Plakate mit Händen und der Aufschrift „Regularisierung“ standen symbolisch für alle anderen Sans-Papiers, die noch keine Gesuche einreichen können. Die Sans-Papiers-Kollektive Basel haben mit der beeindruckenden Demonstration dem Gesamtregierungsrat aufgezeigt, dass sie endlich wissen wollen, ob die Härtefallpraxis gemäss dem neuen Merkblatt des Kantons Basel-Stadt für sie funktioniert.

Avec plus de 200 sympathisant.e.s, les Collectifs des Sans Papiers de Bâle ont manifesté aujourd’hui à midi, de Claraplatz à la Place du Marché, puis à l’Office des migrations. 10 grandes banderoles avec des papillons et l’inscription “Liberté” représentaient les 10 personnes qui ont déposé aujourd’hui leur demande de cas de rigueur. 50 affiches à main et l’inscription “Régularisation” symbolisaient tou.te.s les autres sans-papiers qui ne sont pas encore en possibilité de soumettre leur demande.
Avec une manifestation impressionnante, les Collectifs des Sans Papiers de Bâle veulent savoir si la pratique du cas de rigueur fonctionne selon la nouvelle fiche d’information du canton de Bâle-Ville.
