ምንም እንኳን ወረርሽኝ ፣ ጦርነት እና ቀውስ ቢኖርም የስደተኞች ጉዳይ ጽሕፈት ቤት ጥር 19(Jan 27 ) ከስዊዘርላንድ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ በጋራ ለማስወጣት አቅዷል ፡፡ አሁን ባለው መረጃ መሠረት ይህ በአሁኑ ወቅት በስደት ላይ የሚገኙትን ጥገኝነታቸው ውድቅ የተደረጉ ጥገኝነት ጠያቂዎችን ይነካል .
ጥር 19(Jan 27 ) ዜጎችን በግዳጅ ወደ ሃገራቸው ለመመለስ የሚደረጉ ስምምነቶች በምንም ሁኔታ መከናወን የለባቸውም!
ስምምነቱን ያደረጉት ድርጅቶችና የድርጅቶቹ ባለስልጣናት ሀላፊነት የጎደለው ውሳኔን እጅግ በጣም ያወግዛሉ-“
በችግር ወደ ተመሰቃየችው ኢትዮጵያ ለመላክ የታቀዱት ስደተኞች በተለይም በኮሮና ዘመን ” መሆኑ ጉዳዩ ሰብአዊነት የጎደለው እንደሆነ ያሳያል፡፡
Trotz Pandemie, Krieg und Krise plant das Staatssekretariat für Migration (SEM) am 27.Januar eine Sammel-Ausschaffung von der Schweiz nach Äthiopien. Betroffen sind laut aktuellen Informationen abgewiesene Asylsuchende, die sich derzeit alle bereits in Ausschaffungshaft befinden.

Die Zwangsausschaffungen am 27. Januar dürfen unter keinen Umständen stattfinden
Die unterzeichnenden Organisationen verurteilen die verantwortungslose Behördenentscheidung auf das Schärfste: „Die geplanten Abschiebungen in das krisengeschüttelte Kriegsland Äthiopien entbehrt besonders in Coronazeiten jeglicher Menschlichkeit“. Sie rufen alle auf, die Behörden daran zu hindern, die Unversehrtheit der betroffenen Personen bewusst aufs Spiel zu setzen.
Die Situation in Äthiopien ist längst (wieder) ausser Kontrolle geraten. Die International Crisis Group reiht Äthiopien nach Afghanistan auf Rang 2 der zehn gefährlichsten Konfliktländer im 2021 ein. Der äthiopische Premierminister Abiy Ahmed führt aktuell Krieg in der Tigray-Region im Norden des Landes. Das eritreische Regime ist ebenfalls in den Konflikt verwickelt. Das Land ist seit Kriegsausbruch völlig unsicher und ein Pulverfass. Zudem ist das Covid-Risiko auch in Äthiopien sehr hoch. Das ohnehin kaum belastbare Gesundheitssystem ist längst an seine Grenzen gekommen. Grossflächige Impfungen gegen Covid-19 sind – wegen den Vorrangsverträgen der Länder des Nordens mit den Pharmaunternehmen – noch lange nicht in Sicht. Allgemein sind Gesundheitsversorgung, Wohnungsmarkt, Lebensumstände, wirtschaftliche Lage sehr schlecht.
Die abgewiesenen Personen haben keiner freiwilligen Rückkehr nach Äthiopien zugestimmt. Die Gründe – nicht in den Staat zurückzukehren aus dem sie flüchteten – liegen auf der Hand. Die Entscheidung gilt es zu respektieren. Hinter jeder Abschiebung steckt ein Mensch, dessen Leben dadurch – oft nicht zum ersten Mal – aus den Fugen gerät. According to current information, this will affect rejected asylum seekers who are currently in deportation detention.
The forced deportations on 27 January must not take place under any circumstances! The undersigned organizations condemn the irresponsible decision of the authorities in the strongest possible terms: „The planned deportations to the crisis-ridden war-torn country of Ethiopia lacks any humanity, especially in Corona times“. They call on everyone to stop the authorities from deliberately putting the integrity of the concerned people at risk.
The situation in Ethiopia has already spiraled out of control (again). The International Crisis Group ranks Ethiopia second after Afghanistan among the ten most dangerous conflict countries for 2021.Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is currently waging war in the Tigray region in the north of the country. The Eritrean regime is also involved in the conflict. The country is totally insecure and a powder keg since the outbreak of war. Moreover, the covid risk is also very high in Ethiopia. The already barely resilient healthcare system has already reached its limits. Large-scale vaccinations against covid-19 are still a long way off – because of the priority contracts between the countries of the north and the pharmaceutical companies. In general, health care, housing market, living conditions, economic situation are very bad.
The rejected persons have not agreed to return voluntarily to Ethiopia. Their reasons are obvious and justified. The decision – not to return to the state from which they fled – must be respected. Malgré la pandémie, la guerre et la crise, le Secrétariat d’État aux migrations (SEM) prévoit une expulsion collective de Suisse vers l’Éthiopie le 27 janvier. Selon les informations actuelles, cela concernera les demandeurs d’asile déboutés, qui sont tous déjà en détention en attendant leur expulsion.
Les déportations forcées du 27 janvier ne doivent en aucun cas avoir lieu
Les organisations soussignées condamnent fermement la décision irresponsable des autorités : „Les déportations prévues vers l’Éthiopie, pays en crise et déchiré par la guerre, manquent d’humanité, surtout à l’époque de la Corona“. Ils appellent chacun à empêcher les autorités de mettre délibérément en danger l’intégrité des personnes concernées.
La situation en Éthiopie est depuis longtemps (à nouveau) incontrôlable.
L’International Crisis Group classe l’Éthiopie en deuxième position, après l’Afghanistan, parmi les dix pays les plus dangereux en conflit en 2021. Le Premier ministre éthiopien Abiy Ahmed est actuellement en guerre dans la région du Tigré, dans le nord du pays. Le régime érythréen est également impliqué dans le conflit. Depuis le début de la guerre, le pays est en pleine insécurité et est une véritable poudrière. En outre, le risque de contamination est également très élevé en Éthiopie. Le système de santé, déjà à peine résilient, a depuis longtemps atteint ses limites. Les vaccinations à grande échelle contre le covid-19 sont encore loin d’être réalisées – en raison des contrats prioritaires entre les pays du Nord et les entreprises pharmaceutiques. En général, les soins de santé, le marché du logement, les conditions de vie, la situation économique sont très mauvais.
Les personnes déboutées n’ont pas accepté de retourner volontairement en Éthiopie.
Les raisons – ne pas retourner dans l’État qu’ils ont fui – sont évidentes. La décision doit être respectée. Derrière chaque expulsion se cache une personne dont la vie est bouleversée – souvent pas pour la première fois. La violence et la pression contre les migrants (en fuite) ne sont pas une solution.
